Develop new businesses and clients, execute media strategy, event management, creative ideas, project management, PR, direct marketing, event management , corporate communications, branding and re branding, campaign management, plus sales and project development to BNOW as social enterprise and sister company to Brand Now, boutique PR agency with in-depth experience working with multi international and local companies in Thailand.

Key contributions:

For Brand Now:

  • Manage sales operation and reach the target sales of 2 business proposals, 30 new opportunities, 4 meetings and 10 new leads weekly.
  • Lead the BN team for creative ideas of media promotion, digital PR and direct marketing plan.
  • Execute 2 big events for client with BN team a month.

For BNOW:

  • Design business plan for printed publication as a new business development for BNOW.
  • Create media package, PR and campaign value for the key project, Entrepreneur Now Awards (ENA) of BNOW in 2015

Recruited to re engineer a restaurant team and established strategic plan of a new business model of a fine dining restaurant with new menus, training, re branding, product communications, printed advertising, promotion plan and online advertisement.

Executed marketing, publishing, public relations, business administration, operational management, all of which have contributed to the effective execution of my dual role as Culinary director and Executive chef. Elevated business with limited budget of re launch campaign. Managed training of the new restaurant team in total 10, F&B product and Corporate communications turned the restaurant in better position in the market and later has growth of profitability.

Managed business regarding the development of Asian cuisine particularly Thai to European investors who were planning to open Thai or Southeast Asian Cuisine in the Nordic countries.



Key contributions:

Consulted several projects of Culinary and PR during a year. Clients such as Sodexo ( Finland ), Aular’s Tapas Bar and Cuja’s Asian Restaurant in downtown Helsinki. Managed the PR campaign, product training and event promotion. Presented as a face of an Asian chef for clients with communication skill to deliver food contents both in English and Scandinavian languages. Partner of new own signature restaurant, Brasserie Alyssa

Spearheaded launch a new branch of 288 Melting Pot bar and restaurant in Hong Kong. Created new F&B with modern Thai cuisine with live entertainment and achieved 6 months break-even cost as business achievement.

Key contributions:

Expanded branding of 288 Melting Pot for 2 more chain restaurants in PRC after the success of the launch campaign in Hong Kong and Brasserie Alyssa - Cuisine Thaïlandaise, lounge style of restaurant. Brasserie Alyssa nominated the best Thai restaurant in Shanghai in the year 2008, followed by 288 Melting Pot branch in Hengshan Lu being nominated as one of the best live bars and restaurants in the year 2009.

Managed trade events of the company, PR timeline and deliverables, online marketing, and B2B relations of Sandinavian clients and Chinese suppliers.

Co-Founder of Thai Food Station, one of the top online food delivery in Shanghai. Generated new online Thai food products and developed partnerships with various Thai restaurants to offer home deliveries as well as catering services. Established an intuitive, bilingual ordering and delivery system, resulting in efficiency of services.

Key contributions:

Created website contents in collaboration with www.Sherpa.com.cn which was the digital platform of SEO&SEM and CRM under my marketing supervision. Worked as Retail Operation Manager for the Thai restaurant division. Areas included marketing operations with Thai clients and retail operation with interior designers and Chinese contractors for setting up restaurant outlets at Super Brand Mall. Super Brand Mall is a high-end shopping mall located in Lujiazui, Financial Center of Shanghai.

Key contributions:

Orchestrated the big launch of Super Brand Mall in the year 2001 with top PR, advertising and online companies with budget of 1 million yuan.
